Refund policy

• Turnaround time for custom orders is 5-15 BUSINESS DAYS
• Items shipped from the print on demand supplier may take up to 21 to get to you. You will receive a tracking email once your item is dispatched.
• Items shipped from Aloi will usually go out within 5-7 days via USPS.
  

   

• If your order is returned to the Aloi due to an insufficient address, you will be required to pay the shipping back and provide a new address to send your order to. 

• Once Aloi delivers to the post office, the package is no longer Aloi's responsibility. Please contact the local post office or sign up for text alerts for your package.

Returns: 

• All t-shirt sales are final. Please refer to the size charts to make sure you purchase the correct size.
  
• We want you to be happy with your purchase. If there are any issues with your order or the products you receive in the mail, please reach out via email at helloaloico@gmail.com.  While we do process some of the shirt designs at Aloi- we use a print on demand supplier so we do not have eyes on all the products going out. If you receive something that is not up to standard- please send a detailed email with photo's and we will work with you. We consider all sales final unless there's an issue with the order you received from the print on demand supplier.
